Mike's grain free banana bread

(I got the original recipe from, but changed some ingredients to make it grain and dairy free.)
dry ingredients 

2 cups of almond flour

1 tsp. of baking soda

1/2 tsp. of salt

wet ingredients

2 eggs

4 ripe bananas, mashed

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease one mini loaf pan with coconut oil. Then stir together the dry ingredients. In another bowl stir together the wet ingredients. Put the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before eating.
